Items purchased from Mkwtees marketplace are custom-made and printed just for you. We're always happy to set up a free size exchange if the size you've ordered isn't right.
Returns can be done for all qualifying orders and requests must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Your order will be refunded with the exception of original shipping fees paid on the order. If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund. If something you received is defective or you need to set up a size exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us form - we'd be happy to get this sorted for you.
If something you received is defective please contact us with a picture of the damaged item and we'll do what we can to make it right! We never ask that damaged items be returned to us.
Products purchased are covered under the Paypal Buyer & Fraud Protection or you can process a chargeback through Stripe for 30 days after the expected delivery date.
Typically refunds clear on our end in 24-48 hours, but based on the original payment method and your bank, it can take a billing cycle(1-2 weeks) for this to process.
